  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Customized Orders

  • Customized and personalized products are made specifically for the customer.

  • Once production begins, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After processing or printing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, graphics, text, and content on this website are the property of Richomy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Upload or submit content that infringes on the rights of others.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are subject to a ₹60 refund processing charge.
