1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged or defective product received

• Incorrect size sent by our side

• Printing defect or manufacturing issue

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products purchased during sale/discount offers

• Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

• Products without original tags or packaging

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Important Refund Terms:

• A ₹60 refund processing charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or store wallet, depending on availability.

4. Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges subject to stock availability.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customers may need to bear exchange shipping charges.

• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Customized or printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Quality Assurance

Every product goes through quality checks before dispatch. However, slight variations in print color or fabric shade may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
